Matthew began to work at the store in 1990 from his grandmother Frances Rose. He followed in her tradition of unparalleled service and unwavering dedication to the community. Completing courses at the Society for Gemological Advancements (SGA), and traveling the world to learn more about the gold and diamond process, Matt took over the business fulltime in 1999, leaving Italy where he worked as an apprentice for the Goldwork Company. He still visits Antwerp three times a year to continue his education in the advances of diamond-cutting.
Javier has 14 years experience in the jewelry industry. His education and training began under a master horologist and continued for five years. Javier then managed his own store in Durham, CT for a period of six years before relocating to New Jersey.
Once there, he managed a high profile retail jewelry store for a large retail jewelry chain in Trenton before joining Matt on managing their store together.
